Robert G. Anderson, MD
Dr. Anderson is board-certified in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology (head and neck) surgery. He currently limits his practice to plastic surgery with an emphasis on cosmetic plastic surgery, melanomas and reconstruction after cancer. As a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Anderson maintains a firm commitment to patient education and the advancement of plastic surgery.
Tony Daniels, MD
Dr. Daniels was born and raised in Houston, TX. He then went on to study at the University of Texas at Austin. During his senior year, he accompanied Dr. Anderson on a medical missionary trip to Guatemala. That amazing opportunity to help those with so many different types of problems sparked his interest in plastic surgery.

With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Aly brings proven leadership and operational excellence to the team. With a passion for patient experience, she oversees all aspects of the business while leading this amazing team. Aly and her husband have enjoyed traveling and lived abroad in Europe! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, birding, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two sausage dogs.
Tina Heatley, CMA
Operations Lead
Tina is the Operations Lead at Fort Worth Plastic Surgery. She has over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery and brought her talents to us in 2010. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure every detail of their surgery goes smoothly. Tina and her husband live in Hurst with their 3 dogs. Her hobbies include music, traveling, and hiking.
Amaryllis Gage
Billing Coordinator
A transplant from New Jersey, Amaryllis has made Texas her new home for the past 20 years. Having over 6 years of Billing experience, she had brought her expertise to Fort Worth Plastic Surgery. She is responsible for managing the entire billing process for Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Procedures. Her hobbies include running, hiking, and weightlifting with her husband. She has two fur babies Guapo and Bonita.

Heather Tye is our Surgery Coordinator at Fort Worth Plastic Surgery. Heather enjoys helping and guiding patients to ensure their surgery goes smoothly. She always strives for the highest standards, making sure each patient understands everything, and questions are answered. In addition, Heather is a mother of 2 beautiful girls. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and concerts.
Kassidy Sherley

Kassidy began her career in medical aesthetics over 15 years ago and her passion for helping people look and feel their best has only grown. Through the years, her focus has shifted to providing an exceptional patient experience. Kassidy joined our front desk team in January 2021, eventually transitioning to cosmetic surgery coordinator. She looks forward to serving our patients for many years to come. When she’s not at work, she’s probably spending quality time with her fur babies, eating Mexican food or traveling!

Outside of her professional life, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her husband, traveling to new destinations, and discovering unique restaurants to satisfy her culinary curiosity.
